I restructured the flow of the site to put Tasks at the forefront. Praction combines the science of data-based assessments with the art of proven playbooks to show you exactly where your teams are functioning properly — and where they are off track. Tasks are at the heart of Playbooks. And, therefore, the heart of the product.
I composed the specifications for the Revenue Guide in a way that teams could easily access all their targets. And deep dive.
Praction’s Alerts Dashboard lets you know if certain teams haven’t taken action on their playbooks, or when the data doesn’t look good — so you can take decisive action without delay.
After blowing the team away with a redesign I worked closely with the CPO to refine the elements so all of Praction’s design needs would be met as they muscled through their milestones.
